Advil (for aches/pains, sunburn)

Afrin (for sinus pressure from dusty conditions)

Sunscreen

Any prescriptions you have

Anti rash cream

Insect repellant

Wet wipes

Optional:

Sominex or generic OTC sleep aid (for trouble sleeping)

Allergy meds (for pollen, etc you aren’t used to)

Eye drops (for dry eyes from dust and wind)
